Role: VP of Engineering

Main function: Lead the development of our Digital Wealth Management Platform and support expansion plans.
What You’ll Focus On:
Deliver Python-based Django applications.
Grow the tech team from 12 to 30 members.
Integrate enterprise-grade applications and develop bespoke web solutions.
Work closely with the CTO to execute the product roadmap and expansion plans.
Ensure smooth operation and integration of technology platforms.
Mentor and guide the tech team to achieve project goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in a leadership role (Team Lead / Head of / VP of) with hands-on Python coding experience.
Tech enthusiast eager to advance in wealth management, with skills in leveraging REST APIs and integrating applications.
Proficient in unit and end-to-end testing, Git/GitHub, and familiar with Test Driven Development and Paired Programming.
Passionate about collaboration and mentoring, with strong leadership abilities.
