What will you be doing?
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI Dashboards tailored to meet the specific needs of diverse stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
- Provide support to end-users, enabling them to effectively use Power BI for data exploration and reporting.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and generate new business insights.
- Work with SQL to extract, transform, and load data for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
- Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all BI solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to use BI tools and interpret data.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has a degree-level qualification (2:1 or higher) ideally in a related field.
- Ideally has 2 years of experience in BI development, data analysis, or similar roles.
- Possesses a can-do attitude – able to use initiative to bring about positive change and take initiative in spotting opportunities and solving challenges with data.
- Proven experience in developing Power BI Dashboards.
- Strong data visualization skills and experience using business intelligence tools.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Familiarity with Python.
- Experience with Azure is desirable.
- Thrives on problem-solving and is able to suggest solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Passion for data-driven insights and their impact on business performance.
